How To Win Your 2024

If someone asked me about my word for 2024, it'd be URGENCY!

There's so much I'm eager to do, so many goals to achieve, and so many people I aspire to help. For far too long, I've been my own barrier, my own mountain – overthinking, worrying about others' opinions – but no more!

Over the holidays, I read a book that's completely changed my world - "The 12 Week Year" by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington. It's like someone hit the fast-forward button on my understanding of time and goals. Here’s what I learned:

1. Urgency is Key: Treat each week as a month. This mindset speeds up your success rate exponentially!

2. Clarity Brings Focus: Define clear, tangible goals for the next 12 weeks. When your goals are crystal clear, your focus becomes laser-sharp.

3. Accountability: Regularly track and measure your progress. What gets measured gets managed, and what gets managed gets accomplished.

4. Commitment Over Comfort: Push past your comfort zone. Real growth starts where your comfort zone ends.

5. Time Blocking: Prioritise tasks and protect your time fiercely. In the economy of time, you are the CEO.

6. Vision Drives Action: Keep your end vision in clear sight. It’s closer than you think! Every small step taken is a step closer to that vision.

7. Weekly Routine: A robust routine is your roadmap to success. Set your weekly milestones and watch them lead you to your bigger goals.
